Svieta is a qualified and authorized trade mark agent registered with the Ministry of Commerce (MOC) since 2013. She is also a member of Intellectual Property Association of Cambodia (IPAC). She completed her English Language Based Bachelor of Law Program (ELBBL) and Master in law (LLM) from Royal University of Law and Economic Science (RULES). She had so far practiced in Civil and Criminal case, trademark registration process and drafting legal document particularly sales and purchase agreement. She speaks Khmer, English and Chinese.
